Resolve Leaders was founded by Dr. Nelu Nedelea, whose inspiring journey spans from communist-era Romania to global leadership roles in healthcare. With a PhD in Global Leadership & Change from Pepperdine University, Dr. Nedelea’s expertise lies in fostering inclusion, trust, and post-traumatic organizational growth.

Having served as System Vice President of Mission & Ministry at Mercy, Dr. Nedelea has led transformative strategies across diverse organizations. His leadership during the COVID-19 crisis demonstrated his ability to guide teams through challenges with courage and innovation.
